Airbnb, a service that describes itself as the “eBay for space,” lets people list rentals of all kinds of places. From apartments, to tree houses, to boats, Airbnb is a source for travelers to find a space to stay at a set price. Many people would rather stay in a guest home while traveling instead of a hotel, and Airbnb runs the gamut in terms of the types of spaces it rents. We thought we’d found the weirdest Airbnb rental when one user rented out a tent outside of an Apple store, but we were wrong. It gets weirder. Airbnb said in a blog post today that customers can now rent a country. That’s right, a whole freakin’ country
